Write to [email protected]. It is the only address we use, a person reads it, and replies usually take two to three business days.
Demo mode is where we send every new reader, and that bias runs through the site. The less money moves before you understand the round, the fewer of these documents you will ever need.
What to include
Name the page, quote the sentence, and say what should be there instead. For anything visual, a screenshot plus your browser and device usually lets us reproduce the fault first time.
What we cannot help with
Anything inside a casino account — deposits, bonuses, verification, locked balances, closed accounts. We are not the operator and have no access to those systems.
Corrections policy
We fix the page and update the date rather than editing quietly. Say if you would like credit; the default is that reporters are not named.
